So, we've got an intro thread/topic/whatever we're gonna call it here and no one's posted.

How's this gonna work? We're starting with prom, right? Is it the day before the prom? Week before prom? Day of the prom? Are we gonna have our charries go as dates with one another? Are we gonna have outsiders (being charries who are just in the story and don't really belong to a certain person) as our charries' dates? Where is the prom gonna be?

Details. Let's get some brainstorming here.

I would think about a week before the prom, actually... Because a day would be too hectic, with everyone trying to find dates and all that... The day of the prom would be even more hectic.
I think it would just be our charries going with each other and no outsides, but that's just me...
The prom would be... Perhaps at the school's gymnasium?
On a Friday or something?
At night (around 7:00 PM or so in the role play).

That all sounds good to me. We really shouldn't go too in depth about the school (how many buildings? what classes? etc.) but we need a pretty good idea I think.

It doesn't need to be really specific.

And yeah, most people are working on intros.

Yeah, I'm working on Luna's now, but, does anyone know if Freshmen and Sophmores(SP?) are allowed to go to prom. It won't really effect my charries, but I think it will to other's.

EDIT: I just found this site with a whole list of themes, and for some of them, they tell you what to do for each one. One of them was a moonlight theme; it sounds pretty good.

Well, first thing to decide, though:
Do we want the theme to be more romantic or more fun and light-spirited?

Well, erm, no.
The school would decide the theme, and it could either be romantic or more light-hearted.
So, yeah, which would be a better one?
Personally, I'm into romantic themes, because 'fun' themes usually aren't so appealing to me...
But I guess we could also base it off of our characters' relationships, even given that it is a less practical approach...
